Welcome to GoOrder.Lab. By registering, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not allowed to use our platform.
2. Platform Services
GoOrder.Lab acts as a technology provider connecting passengers (Customer) with independent drivers (Driver). We do not directly provide transportation services and are not a transportation company.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment
All payments made through the platform are facilitated by third-party payment partners (Xendit). You agree to comply with third-party payment processing terms. Trip fares are calculated based on estimated distance and time, and are final once payment is made.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoOrder.Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
