GoOrder.Lab collects information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, or contact customer support. This includes your full name, email address, encrypted password, and your account role.
2. Location Data
As a ride-hailing platform, we collect real-time location data from your device. For Drivers, location is tracked when online to facilitate order matching. For Passengers, location is collected when booking and tracking a ride.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This includes processing payment transactions, sending receipts, providing customer support, and for security and anti-fraud purposes.
4. Information Sharing
We may share some of your information with third-party service providers who work on our behalf (such as Xendit payment services or Supabase database infrastructure). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

GoOrder.Lab takes reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. We use modern infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.
